I would never again adopt a cat or kitten from this place, or any animal. I adopted a kitten a little while ago for my little girl who is only 5 years old and when I got it home it had serve diarrhea. Which I took it to the vets who gave me medicine which cost £40. The vet also told me that it was extremely under weight. I tried my best for that kitten which died 10 days after I "adopted". Personally I feel as if I rescued it from this horrible place.
We adopted two mature cats from Carol about eight years ago - Darth and Vader. They are now coming up to 17 and although Vader has several health problems for which he has to visit the vet each month, both cats have given us such pleasure over the years
I have adopted two cats from carol over the years I wish I could take more . Carol is a wonderful women doing a fantastic job ,without her help these cats would be destroyed or living as strays .she takes these animals in at her own expense receiving some food donations and support from animal krackers .keep up the good work carol .
I adopted a cat in november from carol, he is called colin and he has brought us extreme pleasure and he is so loving and beautiful so a good moggie love him to bits.
I think the lady posting on the 7th of March only has herself to blame for the well being of the animal.
Carole is fantastic with these cats and i have had four from her myself and all have been perfect weight, free from any disease or health issues and all lived happy, healthy lives.
She is doing a wonderful job and i think if you never have a cat from her again, that won't be such a bad thing. For the cats anyway...
I adopted two 8 week old kittens from Carole a couple of weeks ago.As soon as I entered the area where the cats are kept I noticed no unpleasant odour, also the cat pens are clean and all cats had fresh food, water and litter. The kittens are adorable, they have been well socialized by Carole and are very friendly. They have been well fed and cared for - when I took them to the vets she commented on how 'chunky' the kittens are. Carole had also treated them for worms and fleas. I can thoroughly recommend getting a kitten from Carole.
carole has dedicated 13 years to these cats and only one anon complains carols cats and the living area is always clean and tidy she would never give out an unhealthy kitten or cat if any problems arise she is there 24 hours a day anyone can view the cats without obligation lets hope one comment does not put people off
although she is a very. careing lady at times you will get sick cats or kittens there is alot of them rehomed who have no problem i got two who were. sick but i dont regret it.all the vets bills were paid for x
About 4 or 5yrs ago we went along to see Carole as I was looking for a cat as I had lost mine (seriously I'll and put to sleep) about 2 yrs before. We do have others cats and I was quite determined that I did not want black or black and white - I was looking for a tabby, ginger or tortie.
I had my mind set - we looked at all the cats and I didn't see any I wanted to adopt (sounds bad) and she had 2 feral kittens still in the cage as they had just arrived they were black and white - I took them both, with lots of love and handling they soon came around - you'd never ever think they had been feral if you saw them - the little girl is a real softy and the little boy is so loving
